We are a company dedicated to integral construction of metal carpentry, specializing in enclosures, facades, aluminum or steel carpentry, complex locksmiths, stairs, railings, unique elements and metal structures in general.

Among our clients we have construction companies, industries, engineering, official organizations, hotel chains, leisure centers, architects or developers, among others. We work to respond to the needs and demands of our customers, through our departments of project development, budget calculation and technical office departments.

We collaborate with architects in the design and construction of projects from the beginning, to the end of them. We pay special attention to the quality of the finishes and the functionality of the solutions, having a team of professionals with a great deal of experience in its sector, competent and highly-qualified.

We develop, design, manufacture and install all our products. Being involved in all steps of the project, from the first draft through the final result.

history

In 1965, the family company Workshops Valeriano Montón SA, began its activity dedicated to the manufacture and installation of metal carpentry in the world of construction. Today, after more than 50 years of experience, the human team that makes up the company, are skilled professionals, highly qualified, and with a long experience in the market. We are a family-owned business in the 3rd generation of entrepreneurs.

Our facilities are settle in more than 3000 m², in Mollet del Vallès, Can Magarola, 20 km from Barcelona.



COMPETENCES

At Talleres Valeriano Montón SA, we are specialists in the comprehensive construction of metal elements for application in building works, including metal carpentry, light facades and locksmithing.

We have worked and continue to work with renowned architects such as OAB, RCR, Alfredo Arribas, Jaume Arderiu and Tomàs Morató, GCA Arquitectes, Pich-Aguilera, among many others. We like to participate in the development of projects from the beginning, advising both architects and developers, in order to turn design concepts into reality. Our team has personnel with extensive experience, as well as specialized technicians with high professional qualifications.

Aluminum carpentry

We manufacture and install all kinds of aluminum enclosures, curtain walls, windows, lattices, facade cladding, finishes, etc. We are having been official installers of the Aluminier de Technal network from its beginning.

Steel carpentry

We manufacture and install steel carpentry, curtain walls, skylights, dividers, lobby doors, commercial premises, etc., both in steel and stainless steel. We are Jansen Jansteel certified installers.

Light facade

We execute light facades consisting of the exterior envelope of the building, using different coating and insulating systems.

Locksmith

We manufacture and install metal locksmith elements in buildings such as railings, lattices, coverings, furniture, interior finishes, etc. Depending on the material, we can apply various surface finishes.

Singular works

Given the wide range of services we offer, we are able to carry out the comprehensive execution of unique projects and works, especially facades made up of various metal elements, in which, due to their complexity, the intervention of a single industrialist facilitates the correct finish and quality of it.
